SIS International Research, Inc. seeks a Business Optimization Analyst (SOC Code: 15-2031.00). The ideal candidate will conduct quantitative and qualitative research on branding, market intelligence, and sales strategies. You will analyze research data, provide comprehensive reports, and offer decision support services to assist businesses in building successful strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct quantitative and qualitative research on branding, market intelligence, and sales strategies.
● Analyze research data and provide full process overviews/reports to assist businesses and organizations build successful strategies to achieve their business goals.
● Apply optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision-making, operational policy formulation, etc.
● Collect and analyze data, prepare reports on findings, and develop decision support services.
● Develop and supply optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation.
● Develop quantitative techniques to inform management of pricing, or valuation strategies.
● Develop mathematical or statistical models for risk management, asset optimization, pricing, or relative value analysis.
● Offer clients in-depth insight and recommendations into the global marketplace.
● Define data requirements, gather, and validate information, applying judgment and statistical tests.
Required Qualifications:
● Master’s degree in Business Administration.
● At least four years of experience in a Business Optimization Analyst, Account Director, or Marketing & Research Account Manager/Director position.
● In-country experience in performing both qualitative and quantitative research tools for questionnaire design, data collection (e.g., eye tracking technology, neuroscience, Link for ad testing, WeChat online).
● Proficiency in the statistical analysis software – SPSS.

Salary Range: $91,270 – $91,280 annually
